S&N Furniture Tracking Order Status

Have stolen my money. Not able to deliver bed and not refunding me. Am taking this further

Unsure if I should write on here as I am an ex employee, however feel like I should let people know how disgusting this company is. Once I saw email complaints and lies being told, some replies with my name on which I didn’t send, I brought this up with the owners I was gone shortly after (still waiting for wages months later). My advice to anyone having issues with the company is to report them to trading standards and seek any legal support they can to get their money back. I can confirm the first 2 reviews are family members so please ignore those and make a decision on whether to buy from this business from all the other reviews.

I came to read the reviews on this company because they haven’t been updating me with delivery details like they said. When I started reading the reviews I realised that many people are experiencing the same issues. At first the company is very helpful and responsive but when they need to update with an actual delivery nothing. Haven’t responded to my email or messages for a few days. I’m still waiting otherwise I will go down and request a refund through my bank and start an enquiry as a fraud. And the 5 star review down at the beginning of all reviews is from a person called Mario Ingrassia. Looking through the company profile, the director’s company name is Christian Ingrassia. A coincidence? Don’t think so.

We got a beautiful sofa from website, it came on time and suit our living room.

Bought some outdoor tables and chairs for our business from S&N Furniture and they’re excellent quality. The service was second to none
