SmugMug Tracking Order Status

I've for the most part have been satisfied with SmugMug that is until recently. There must be a bunch of high school kids in the customer department who can't figure out how to get out of the rain. No wait, high school kids would do a better job. I've had technical issues for a while now and I get the same pat answers which I know to do to correct my problems. They will admit that there is an issue with SmugMug and Safari compatibility that rears it's head about twice a month. So if you know there is an issue why sin't it being fixed? This last episode was different so i sent an email. Now granted the email address associated with this account and my email address aren't the same but my name is all over the website and my name, creditcard number address is on that account. Oh no, that isn't enough to prove I have access to the site. I prove i'm logged in but oh no, not the correct email address. Why in the heck would i want to email them and let them know i was logged in with access to everything on the site including the credit card info if I was a crook. Let's see, technical help with an issue about seeing my images is going to help me steal images. Images... credit card info. Now which is a crook going to take. I know I know , those pretty awesome images and the heck with the credit card. I had another account that I closed well over a year ago. Come to find out they didn't close it so i state 9 or more times in several emails that it was supposed to be closed and I didn't want it. I stated 6 times, yes 6 times in my last email to close it, it wasn't supposed to be active. What was their reply, "So you want to close it right? I just want to make sure that that is correct. Waiting on your reply." Say what? No wonder they get so many bad reviews and yes their charges are pretty outrageous. That's why I don't order anything through the site but place my orders with other companies and besides it's cheaper if I wanted to use their preferred printers it would be cheaper to go directly to them myself.

The internet space for professional digital imaging has become amorphous and so Smugmug is no longer head and shoulder above the rest as they used to be 8-10 years ago.

Too expensive, as a photographer I have tried most sites. But this one is really expensive.

Works perfectly on all my devices, all photos are safe. Everything I need ! I recommend anyone.

An absolutley wonderful company to deal with, their customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend Smugmug as a photo hosting service!
