Smol Tracking Order Status

All good until you need to reach out to their customer service. Like quite a few below, we've had issues with delivery. They can't track properly and it says it's been with Royal Mail for 11 days now. I messaged customer services and they said to reach out again in 3 days time if they still hadn't arrived. So essentially I need to go out and buy other tablets so what's the point in a subscription service?

Both the dishwasher and washing capsules work well but it's a nightmare to open the Child proof packaging. If you had any sort of manual dexterity problem you would find them impossible.

I've been using Smol for laundry and the dishwasher for months now, so far they have been effective at everything we throw at it. So, when we swapped over recently, we were not surprised to find the washing up liquid and surface cleaner to be outstanding too. Love the smell of the washing up liquid, almost makes washing up pleasant.

I actually wish I had switched to smol earlier. Family of 2 adults 5 children. My usual go to powder is persil. So I thought I'd give it a go. Got the washing up liquid which is brilliant and smells great even pots that need soaking. I also bought the bio-capsules these really do smell great I was impressed with these. And lastly the multi purpose spray it hasn't got an overpowering scent but just enough to keep everything smelling fresh again great on tough marks from tiny hands. Delivery was quick and easy everything came as it was suppose to and no plastic! I'm really looking forward to what smol bring next. I will be ordering the stain remover and see how that works with my toddler and the stains from football.

Firstly I love the products. They are so lovely and smell beautiful. I do also love how easy it is to add something to your plan, change your plan or pause it. Makes me want to use the company for more items.
