1st time using this company, Abid was amazing at explaining how it works and what I get, here’s to my journey of straighter teeth 😁

I decided to go with these for my aligners and the rep was very knowledgeable and helpful and I decided to go ahead and purchase, but after discussing with a family member they had suggested the Invisalign to which I was unable to afford so they said they would help with the financing, so I tired cancelling and the process here is so hard. The company don’t have a cancel option on their site and I get the impression the company don’t like you to cancel.

I have just had a consultation call with Joe Lee at Smile Direct Club. Joe was brilliant in explaining the whole process, he covered everything so clearly I did not need to ask any questions as he was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and very helpful. He was professional and friendly throughout the call. I have purchased aligners from Smile Direct Club as this was far down the best consultation I have had from several aligner companies. Thank you so much Joe, I am so excited to finally get my perfect smile 😃

An overall positive experience right from the get-go. Received clear and excellent service by Juliet who worked at one of the London branches. Smile Direct were quick and very responsive to send some new aligners my way when a a set of aligners did not fit correctly during the process which I really appreciated and I’m happy with the results.

I bought this for my son and within 6 months the treatments was finished and the gap between his front teeth had closed completely. Only problem is that they charge for the retainers once the treatment has finished
