Smartfares Tracking Order Status

Received good deal in peak travel season.

Ingrese a Smart fares redirigida por KAYAK. Compre un vuelo ida y vuelta a Madrid, pero llega un correo que dice que la reservación esta y no los tiquetes, asi que consulto en la aerolínea y esta la reserva pero NO paga. Consulto en Smart y me dicen que el vuelo ya no esta a ese precio que debo pagar $95 más. Como les dije que entonces no los quería mas, hiceron la "excepción" de mantener el precio inicial.

My experience was very accurate with what they were offering. It didn't switch lanes on me when I was ready to make the purchase. The price was really close to what I was looking to spend. Compared to the prices at home. "MORE" Wasn't expecting ours to be more and the other's less. I was able to go on to the carrier a few days later and found my reservations were all in. Smartfares found a flight that was inexpensive from Brazil to United States. However, customer service never answered the phone. I called midday on a Monday. I understand they would be busy, however this is no excuse for never answering especially when 24/7 customer care is advertised. The links within the confirmation email were broken as well.

Hice una reserva en smartfares cuando llegué al aeropuerto me decía el tiket esta cancelado quiero mi reembolso de dinero porque es una estafa lo que esta haciendo así quiero mi dinero de vuelto por favor
