Smart Cover Tracking Order Status

Just had my boiler serviced and could not have been any simpler. Phoned Smart-Cover, Michael answered, he arranged the appointment and the engineer turned up on time and did a great job. could not have been easier.

Downside of boiler service with Smart Cover, it’s up to the customer to remember when it is due and with me having many health issues and on strong pain relief I don’t always remember, this year they rung and stated it was over it’s due date by six months. My most recent boiler service was the best I’ve ever had, it was arranged by Connor at Smart Cover who’s always amazing, I’ve since had dealings with Mike who was friendly so thanks both. I cannot speak highly enough of Maruf, our boiler engineer, he went above and beyond and advised us of some things we should have been told many, many years ago in relation to our gas supply. Thank goodness we finally got a gentleman with compassion, not just one who goes to do the job and nothing more. Thank you, so much Maruf, please can we have you, every year.

So far I have only used the Boiler Service which is included in my policy. The service was arranged very quickly and official Gas Safe certificate supplies. Mike was helpful in arranging this for me.

Really friendly, efficient and helpful service from Mike re: Boiler Service. Not so impressed with Smart Cover re: a recent emergency claim which has still to be resolved with me £300 out of pocket!

Easy sign up and booking of the initial boiler check. Engineer that called was very polite and having phoned the previous night to give an approximate time of visit, he arrived bang on time. Thanks to Mike for all his help
