Ich habe meine e-mail-Adresse in Luminar Neo ändern müssen, da ich den Provider gewechselt habe. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten habe ich mich direkt an den Skylum Support gewandt. Innerhalb weniger Minuten wurde mir mit Screenshots geholfen, das Problem zu lösen! Dieser Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wie gesagt, ich war erstaunt, wie schnell mir geholfen wurde. I bought a lifetime access but the installer won't start. I wrote to the support group at night, when I woke up, the email was already there with another installation kit. That way I can use the program as well.
