SkincareEssentials Tracking Order Status

Terrible customer service and a bit of bait and switch. No one answers their phone number (I've called 2-3 times and left messages over the past week) or emails (sent two). I was offered a complementary item with the purchase of an item but when I changed the quantity to two of the item I lost the complementary one at check out and after checkout was offered the complementary item at half price. I buy MORE of an item and then have the rescinded item offered to me at half price instead of free???? Can I reach anyone about this? Noooooooo.

I can only go based off of the skinMedica TNS advanced serum. I started making all these purchases because I started racking up all these rewards, after my third container of TNS by skinMedica I actually called the company to verify a few things. I came to find that they are not an authorized dealer, but with all of the batch codes and all the information I gave the representative, they did say it was an authentic product. I also noticed that the SPF that I ordered from them, also skinMedica, had an expiration date that was about seven months away. My guess is they likely get products that expire within a year or so? Because I agree their discounts seem too good to be true
