Silly Greens Tracking Order Status

Took my money, no product and no reply. Used this company last year and had similar issues where they took ages to send anything but it got sorted eventually. Thought I would give them another try again this year. Placed an order mid April and have had nothing through the post, no communication and no reply from emails. EDIT: 05/6/24 So after not getting anywhere from the offical channels I tracked down Ed Hall's (owner) farm home number and spoke to his Mum/wife(?) and complained to them. Low and behold the product turned up 2 days later! It was for a present for a family member and they are very happy with it. I should not have to go to these lengths to get a company to send a product I paid for 2 months ago. Clearly their home number is tricky to track down and it should not be the case thats the only way to get things done but "I'm telling your Mum" gets it sorted! Best off avoiding the company to be honest. Great Idea that hopefully someone else will start up and make a success of.

The product is great, well designed, lovely handbook and the greens taste great. Maybe the seeds could spread a bit more evenly. What lets the product down is communication, I never got a confirmation email, no shipment notification (and it seems some months it can be delayed) slow to respond to other channels. I hope that can be solved, although I seem to not be the first to mention it, as the product is great

The idea is amazing, I have been using Silly Greens since 2021 and loved it. The quality was great and I really enjoyed the variety it added to my diet.

Ordered a 6 month subscription as birthday gift for my son, the January box was never delivered, and I've had no response to emails or WhatsApp message. I've asked for the order to be cancelled. It's such a great concept, pity they don't deliver. Update on 2/20/2023 Ed from sillygreens did respond on 2/10 apologizing for the mixup and offering to either reinstate the order or send me a refund. I asked for a full refund. That was 10 days ago, and there has been no refund. so far. If sillygreens sends me a refund I will update this again. Update on 2/21/2023 Ed from sillygreens did send through a full refund. I really wish sillygreens had worked for me, because I still think it's a great concept. Thanks to sillygreens for helping me wrap this one up. Upgrading to 3 stars because even though we never experienced the product, Ed did respond and make things good.

Its really sad because this is a great idea. But all the boxes I had had hardly any plants in them in all three sections not enough for one salad. I had one box that had the same plants in all three sections.
