I got an Ecoflow Delta solar panel + battery kit, tried it out for a few months, and then tried to leave an honest review on their website. My review was negative, because the product is actually not very good. They refused to post the review. They emailed me and argued with me. Maybe I just hadn't read the manual, maybe I needed to download the app, etc. No, I read the manual, etc., and my opinion is unchanged. It's a badly designed product. They refused to allow my review to be posted on their site. So all those 5-star reviews you see on their products? Can't be trusted! It has been almost one year of having this solar kit, and the battery no longer charges to full power. It has been charging for over a week, with nothing plugged into it to drain its power, and it's only at 48%. This is a VERY expensive product, and for it to crap out in less than a year is quite disappointing.

if you need to get ripped off this place is it. i bought a ecoflow generator had it for about 2 weeks and it's don't work. their tech service is overseas and can't speak much English they will not hold up to their end you can't reach them without waiting all day, don't return e-mails I have been trying to get it replaced but you have to take a photo and all kinds of videos I can do the pic no video these people only sell out of Texas and will do the best to rip you off really bad company buyer beware lost 1500.00 with these people and can't even get a replacement so i am wanting my money back turned it into my credit card company

Don't trust the website. It's full of lies, with a live chat.
