This site isn't what it use to be. a membership is $50 and their prices just keep climbing and their sales are nothing like they use to be. for some reason their military discounts are no longer applying too. do yourself a favor and shop around for other offers deals.

Deals are good and products are good but their shipping is bad. I ordered on a Monday(11/27/23) and they didn't mail it out until Friday (12/1/23). It's 12/10/23 and still have not got my shipment. I guess Amazon has spoiled me.

I love the mystery boxes but don’t expect your second box to ship very quickly. A buddy of mine who lives in the same town as me, order placed on the same day, has shipped 3 days before mine. actually mine hasn’t even shipped yet. So why with the slow shipping? Company would be a lot better if they could get the boxes out quicker

Received a new reel on 07/17/23. Out of the box the reel was broken. Line guide completely jammed clunky gears when attempting to spin the reel. I reached out the same day to inform the company that I wanted an exchange in accordance with their 60 day hassle free returns. The verbiage in their return policy includes reels and does not list manufacturing defects as an exception. The company will not exchange or refund the product. Instead they want me to reach out to the manufacturer to resolve the issue. I agree it is an option they list in their terms but they also state a 60 day hassle free return policy and are failing to stand by it. The retailer should bear some responsibility for providing a defective product. Update: Karl’s agreed to exchange the reel at not cost to me. Updating to 3 stars for the understanding.
