The customer service is very poor. I ordered a dermarejuv led light therapy and they used uniuni carrier to deliver my item. However, i never received this item although it said delivered, i contacted both showcase amd uni uni and they refused to reship, refund me. Theh told me to file a police report, in the end my loss. They haven't even try to help me out abit. Showcase said its not their problem once its been delivered. Very poor service, ill never shop from showcase again. Never had this experience with any stores before.

Ordered beginning of Dec. Where the website indicated the parcel will arrive before Christmas despite Canada Post strike as they use other shipment methods. Tracking received for Fleet Optics and tracking has never updated. Emailed countless times for a refund end of December. No longer responds with default answer saying they are actively tracking lost parcels and will only respond once they locate them. Never ever shop with them, no items, no refund.

The company cancels preorders to resell at scalper prices. Orders should be honored, unfortunately those that work here have no honor!

Don't trust their online reviews. Firstly, they sort reviews by the highest rating first by default, so you just see all the positive reviews first. That is, if they're even real reviews. I submitted a negative review for an item I bought citing its design flaw, and that review was never published. I contacted their customer service dept. and they said they would look into it but nothing ever happened. I submitted the review two more times and followed up twice with their customer service and just got the same generic "we've forwarded this to the department that deals with this" response both times. Clearly they don't care about the authenticity and trustworthiness of their web site. To top it all off, the last review for this item was published in July (it is now December). Their review system is broken and they don't care. How can you trust a site like this?
