Clear process description, quick action, transparent handling. My package is still on its way to Europe, after I receive it, I will complete the feedback.

We had quite a lot of issues recently regarding our packagings wether it was a delayed, lost, non-registered packaging or a payment problem. We are from French Polynesia and it is very difficutl for us to reach the concerned department (the shop, the delivery etc...) when there's a problem. Fortunately, we always had a response from Nancy in a short time. Now all of our problems are solved, and we'll keep using Shipito. Thanks a lot to Nancy for the work !
