Shell Energy Utility Tracking Order Status

I received my first bill since an agreed renewal of my contract with Shell Energy Broadband. Confused with the numbers I rang customer service. Very patiently I was led through them one by one until the whole statement was explained. I was also told what to expect next month and later ones. In short everything that customer service should be. Thank you! I would add that for a retail customer a lot of the confusion stems from the practice of listing the charges and credits less VAT, only adding it in at the very end. No doubt for very good reasons but it makes recognising agreed amounts difficult.

Rachel D was very helpful today. When she asked a question she listened to my answers. Showed empathy and compassion unlike the others who hung up on me when my partner died. Rachel also knew how to fix the problem properly. She is a credit to your organisation and would make an excellent leader. Thanks to her I will continue to refer friends to take up your services.

Nathaniel provided clear and quick responses to my query. Dissatisfied with Shell Energy’s costing policy, Nathaniel showed empathy and understanding with my chagrin and acted on my behalf to raise a complaint. Nathaniel is a credit to the team.

Excellent customer service, it was an absolute pleasure to speak with a genuinely friendly and caring person who went above and beyond to help me renew my contract. Shell energy has been an excellent ISP and the 1 issue I had was resolved within ten minutes. Happy to renew my contract and would highly recommend them to friends.
