Serious Puzzles Tracking Order Status

I would shop at Serious Puzzles again because they have so many jigsaw puzzles and shipping was fast. I had a missing piece of my puzzle and they offered to give me a new puzzle or credit for a different puzzle. I thought this was fair. The customer service person I talked to was nice with trying to work with me.

My husband and I are serious puzzle fans. We recently finished "Great Blue Heron" only to find that one piece was missing. This was an especially difficult and beautiful puzzle and one we wanted to mount and display. Serious Puzzles was kind enough to send us a replacement puzzle quickly and without charge. We sorted and found the missing piece which fit perfectly and will give the replacement puzzle (now missing one piece) to a family member who can enjoy putting it together.
