Selectel Tracking Order Status

I only know of Selectel because their name comes up when I look up the IPs of automated spam systems.

Judging by the inbound traffic I see from Selectel, plus the entries in AbuseIPDB, it is clear that Selectel primarily exists to serve criminals.

Big source of spam, virus and malware. I received many spam from different IPs owned by Selectel, many of them with links for phishing pages loaded with malware also hosted at Selectel servers. That is happening almost daily at more than 2 months so far. I sent many complains to selectel abuse and support, but they do not answer and do not fix the problem, they just keep the criminals working and using their services. Selectel is recommended only for criminals looking for hosting malware and send spam.
