Easy to see online with great pictures. Easy to order and arrived in good time well packaged. Lovely product. Can’t wait to put them up outside. Will pop my garden space. Only ☹️ was after purchase the offer added 1 more screen! Same price!

Despite lots of negative reviews regarding their screens, I’m very happy with mine overall. This was a huge relief as I’d ordered before I read them. However, I also ordered a radiator cover and the service I’ve received concerning them is shocking! Firstly, the cover I ordered was misleading to say the very least, I was then messed around for several days and measurements were finally requested. I’d originally ordered an extendable cover up to 2m so didn’t provide them initially as I didn’t see the need. By this time, I simply wanted to stop dealing with this company altogether, as it wasn’t worth the hassle. I requested a refund but was told the parts had been ordered. When I queried how that was possible, as they didn’t have my measurements, they continued to make ridiculous excuses up to avoid the refund. I eventually conceded reluctantly, and provided my measurements. Now, some five days later, I haven’t received so much as a confirmation of receipt, nor order from them! Not surprising I guess

When you order on line there is always a little concern. Totally unfounded in this situation. Communication was excellent, delivery prompt and the screens are fantastic. Look brilliant in my garden, highly recommend.
