Scout & Nimble Tracking Order Status

We’re renovating our Naples FL home, damaged in the recent hurricane. I ordered two lovely sconces from Scout & Nimble and then realized I had previously purchased those lights. I wrote to customer care for instructions. What I didn’t expect was the kindest note from manager Diana Harris, who not only explained return procedures, but wrote to me again when my shipment arrived, to advise credit was processed. In this age where at most businesses, no live persons even answer the phone, you guys are wonderful.

I was initially thrilled to find a table here that had been eternally backordered at another company. After waiting 18 months, I was able to get this one from Scout & Nimble after only 2 months. Unfortunately, the table had a manufacturing defect but the delivery people advised that they could photograph the issue and leave the table so we could still use our dining room. Diana in their support team offered to repair or replace the table top, and a new one was delivered, installed, and the old one removed within another month or so. Overall, very responsive customer service, while it was unfortunate to have an issue at all, I will definitely shop here again.

I ordered a large metal cabinet, and it arrived damaged (reason I took off one star). Haley, in the claims department was wonderful to work with, and she acted quickly to get things taken care of, and was able to get me a discount on the item. Overall I am very happy with the experience and customer Service that Scout & Nimble provided
