ScotRail Tracking Order Status

Visited Falkirk Grahamston station today, a bit cold and wet but when asked assistant if waiting room on platform I was leaving from was open she replied no as she didn’t have time to open it and then clean it at the end of the shift, is that not what she’s paid to do?

Just want to say a huge thank you to the train driver this afternoon who assisted me getting off at the correct stop at Whiflet today. So kind and appreciated from a solo woman nervous passenger. 23rd September.

On the 26 of august me and my support was travelling to Glasgow to see mrs brown boys on the train there was 8 girls drinking lots of alcohol and being very loud

Me and my partner popped in to get code tickets for work and was greeted by a very delightful gentleman called Alistair McPherson. This chap was an absolute treat and dealt with us briskly and promptly, but also giving us all the advice we needed. What a asset to your company! Always found the Scotrail staff to be polite, god knows gow they keep sane with the grief they must face. The majority of my journeys have between Edinburgh & Glasgow and I’ve always found the trains clean and warm. The ones further afield such as the Fort William to Mallaig journey again staff and train where great.
