Great experience. As someone new to the PC building I hadn't heard of SCAN before, and I only ended up ordering from them because they had a particular component I wanted in stock that I couldn't find elsewhere - I'm very glad I did. The delivery turnaround was amazing. I also really like their offer of a fallback accidental damage warranty - thankfully, I ended up not needing it as the build went more or less smoothly, but it was nice having some peace of mind that if things did go wrong because of user error I had a reasonably priced plan. This will be my go to retailer for components from now on - my only recommendation is that they maybe give their website a lick of paint!

A touch slow on delivery but received constant updates as to why and on progress so I can live with that. Product is excellent - had it up and running with no problems. Happy and satisfied with my new toy!

Excellent service. Bought a number of components as part of a PC build. Ordered via web chat for a few bits to double check it was available to collect same day, order placed and confirmed available within minutes. Very quick and friendly service in store when collecting. Also ordered something else for Saturday delivery and dispatched again very quickly. Will certainly be back soon!
