Update: After months of headache, I finally got my funds back. This is the WORST company I've ever dealt with. I bought underwear as a first time customer around Black Friday LAST YEAR and didn't get my funds back until recently . Save yourself months of worry and stress and go with another company that actually values their customers. I've never felt so worthless as a customer before - I've even spent hundreds of dollars as a first time buyer just to try it out, and they could obviously care less. They left me waiting for WEEKS at a time before emailing me back. Absolutely unacceptable for a brand that promotes themselves as higher-end and "life changing" Saxx quality is also not up to par and the size chart is completely wrong which is what made me need a refund/exchange in the first place. I also received my initial order in underwear boxes that were smashed, torn and had holes. Ask yourself if you deserve to be treated this poorly. I would NEVER buy from Saxx again.
