savior heat Tracking Order Status

Savior Heat's mittens and socks get a 5-Star rating, but their customer service is non-existent. They have made it impossible to communicate with them on the phone and they will not respond to emails. We returned some socks that were too small using the RMA they nicely sent us. They said they would process our refund when they received the items. We have proof of delivery and have emailed the info to Savior Heat and asked again for our refund. Total silence from them.

My husband just got me these gloves for Christmas...best gift ever! I have really bad arthritis in my hands, and these gloves make a huge difference!! I will tell you....one of the most important things is the fit. Make sure you get the right size. I had to return my medium for a small.... And, the small to an extra small. The customer service was great, and they shipped the replacements out quickly. I typed this review wearing the gloves. I can't tell you what a life changer these gloves have been!!!

I ordered a pair of heated ski gloves and a heated neck massager. Both items were discounted so the price was great. After one month of use I am happy with both items. I cannot comment how long they will last but the gloves themselves are good quality and study. They are good fit and warm even without heating. With heating they really help my cycling in the cold. The only reason it’s 4 star and not 5 is that the items weren’t shipped from UK but directly from China.

Die Handschuhe sind grundsätzlich nicht schlecht verarbeitet. Leider ist die Heizleistung zu kurz und nicht stark genug. Die Akkus befinden sich in einem zu kleinen Fach. Der Anschluss liegt an einer ungünstigen Stelle. Also jedesmal rausfriemeln, Kontakt abziehen und Ladekontakte anbringen und umgekehrt. Die Kabel sind beim dritten mal kaputt gegangen sind. Die Firma hat mir heute einen kostenlosen Ersatz angekündigt, ohne dass ich die defekten Handschuhe nach China zurück schicken muss. Das ist vorbildlich
