Overpriced with almost no support

One of the worst customer service and providers in the business. They take days to respond to system downtimes and issues, and months to respond to their tickets regarding anything else. They keep claiming they don't have enough staff to assist and that their organization is very messy due to them preparing to IPO and trying to reorg, but they've been using that excuse for years now. This is why companies are opting to go open-source over this overpriced "solution."
