Sarvin Tracking Order Status

I have been deeply disappointed with the quality of a dress I bought from this company through Silk Fred. I wore it for 2 hours on Christmas Day, including a short walk along roads. The jersey of the dress is rubbed and severely damaged under the breast. I returned it explaining that clearly there is a quality problem with the fabric, but have been refused a refund. The note I received said that they believe I sat on something sharp. Funny when the rubbing is under the breast. Quite clearly when an expensive dress is worn for 2 hours one should not expect it to be so damaged it is unwearable. I wanted to warn others of the quality of the item and also the poor response in customer service I had. The owners response says the damage is at the back - it is most certainly not. It was at the front under the breast. I find this owners response appalling which is why I chose to leave this review. And of course I cut the ribbon - I fully planned on keeping the dress, but was devastated by the appalling g quality of it
