Justin was an absolute delight to deal with today. He was extremely patient and helpful and most importantly got us back up and running

We have spent 8hrs trying to get the v30 update working, and got there in the end with Justin's patience and skill. Very professional, knowledgeable, a good listener and great social skills. Thank you so much for getting us up and running again.

We are about a year into implementing Sage Intaact. We are getting more comfortable with the product. Overall its a clean and robust piece of software. We are able to learn it quickly and the training helps us understand what we are doing. The reporting on the different dimensions is lacking but we can probably get over this by getting additional training on the custom reports.

Michael Luke was very helpful, had a problem with Nominal Link, he explained so clearly, I'm very happy for the service provided.

Sage has always been great and efficient software to use.
