Safelite Tracking Order Status

We had Mark replace the windshield on our 2015 Honds Pilot this afternoon. Fantastic customer service! He called and came early which was great. He did a beautiful job. He replaced the seals and made sure everything fit properly. All this in 108° heat! He is the best!!!!

Trying to get a quote out of Satellite is like pulling teeth unless you give them all your personal information. Then they pummel you with email and text messages to make an appointment. I just refused to give my info to Safelite because of the harassment you get after to make an appointment. It is impossible to actually talk to the store if you don't live in the vicinity of the store. I guess I'll go elsewhere for my windshield replacement.

I want to give the Safelite shop on Chinden in Garden City two thumbs up for great service and excellent work. My vehicle (Toyota FJ) has a unique top-of-glass body molding/trim piece that did not challenge them - as it has others - at all. (This is the vehicle's third windshield.) Safelite nailed it. Thanks!

They got me in immediately. I was prepared to wait 3 hours, but after less than an hour, they said they were done! Furthermore, they deducted more off my bill. I was impressed
