ROXY Tracking Order Status

Placed an order, paid in full, parcel lost in transit.. 6 weeks on, after sending many unanswered emails, I finally receive confirmation that the parcel had been lost and that a refund will be processed. Very poor after sales customer service. I really like their swimwear but will be sure to order via other platforms in future that charge once the package is delivered, not before!

J'ai hésité à commander sur ce site au vu de l'évaluation très négative mais comme on pouvait régler par PayPal je me suis dis pourquoi pas ? Ma commande (du 25 avril) s'est bien passée et la réception du colis aussi. Malheureusement je me suis trompée dans les tailles. J'ai contacté le service client via le formulaire adéquat et il m'a transmis les consignes à suivre pour le retour des articles. J'ai déposé mon colis le 29 avril à la poste. Et j'ai bien reçu mon remboursement (le 05/05). Il y a annoncé un délai de 10jrs ouvrés. RAS tt s'est déroulé comme annoncé ! Je vais pouvoir maintenant repasser commande dans la bonne taille :)

La experiencia bien, pero no me ha gustado la compañía de envío. Son muy lentos. Bajo a 4 estrellas por lo del envío.
