Dylan Dean and Travis Parker are two of the best people I have worked with here. They were very respectful and got me exactly what I needed and wanted, I would recommend both if you every need anything.

I recently emailed customer support for a moisture issue I have and I am extremely impressed by how they took care of things. I was emailed back in the same day and with just sharing the information and photos, they sent me out a new set and I got the package today! Thank you I’ll be shopping with rough country in the future and telling friends about the experience.

Ordered seat covers, under seat storage and bed extender for my 2019 Ram Bighorn. Order received quickly, although parts were missing from bed extender kit. No problem, made a phone call and they shipped a complete kit out to me right away. As far as the quality of products, couldn't be happier, especially with seat covers. 60/40 backseat difficult to secure, but once you do they fit great.

Bought new mats and a new trifold bed cover. 2 separate orders. Fast delivery and a perfect fit. Trifold was easy to install. Will continue to do business with them.

Great customer service! I ordered the wrong truck bed cover for husband’s truck. I called them up on Monday spoke to Jimmie he got the right one out to me on Wednesday of same week. Will definitely be doing business with Rough County again! Thanks guys!
