ROSESHIRE Tracking Order Status

Generally a good presentation and good quality. Once they missed the scheduled delivery date and that can be disappointing with the price you pay. But they are usually beautiful and on time.

My first and last experience with them. Paid and ordered for a Saturday,Got the notification that it would be there before noon on Saturday it is now 1130am on Monday and they now cannot find the package . They only work from 8ish to 5 , Mon thru Fri if you have a problem outside of that you are SOL you can leave a email which they will respond to whenever !! I say 8ish because they did answer the phone until 811am that's not 8am . After explaining my frustration they offered me 25 back ....Ya 25 dollars to wait for 2 1/2 days , I said are you serious , well we can send you another one ,so you want me to wait around until you and company figure out how to ship stuff , well you can get a full refund and no product and hung up! Called back another 8 times to speak to a manager well we dont have one a hung up !!!!! After Being Contacted again . They were determined to make it right and they did perfect execution … kudos !!!!

I didn't realize until the day before her birthday that my Goddaughter would be out of state on the day I originally picked to have flowers delivered to her. The Roseshire team helpfully found my order before the shipment went out and was able to get the address changed in minutes. I REALLY appreciated you fixing my mistake and making it so easy!

I bought the Beauty and the Beast set for my sister's birthday. I paid overnight shipping to receive them on a Friday. FedEx is a terrible shipping company and I wish there was another option. I didn't receive the flowers until Monday. However, when I let Roseshire know about this they quickly and without hesitation refunded me the cost of the shipping. The packaging itself was beautiful and the card was lovely. The flowers themselves left more to be desired. They had already begun to wilt and one had mold growing on it. This may be attributed to the shipping and having the flowers sit in Indianapolis for 12 hours and then in Buffalo for 2 days. Overall I would say I was mildly disappointed. Given the price of the product, I would have expected something close to perfection.
