Roolee Tracking Order Status

Beware of the optional sneaky $20 "shipping protection" charge that will be automatically added to your order. It's the first time I see a business do something like this and I find it dishonest -- they don't let you know it's an optional charge. The quality of the dresses is poor for the price (buttons crumbled, stitches ripped while trying on carefully). I ended up returning 10/11 items I ordered as a "try on."

I received excellent customer service today with a the returns department at Roolee. She was very knowlegdable and helped me make my return quickly and easily. The return involved getting my $50 gift card back and she was able to help me do this without a problem. I was so happy to get such great service.

I have been shopping at Roolee for a long time now and would recommend it to anyone! Great customer service and quick shipping!

They have some cute stuff but sizing is all over the place, they should list size of model and size she's wearing like so many other sites do now. I love the try on at home option but hate that you have to pay return shipping that's sky high!! I would have taken a credit/gift card instead of a refund if they'd offered not to charge for return shipping. I will likely not order from them again unless I am 100% sure I'll keep the item, hard to do with an online purchase.

I had a small problem with my online order. They replied and corrected the issue immediately. Highly recommended website. I will continue to shop here!!
