Cardigan shrunk

Purchased a cardigan and washed it by following instructions and it shrunk returned to store only to be given the 3rd degree by the sale assistant about how I don’t know how to wash a woollen item. As I explained I only have mainly pure wool knitwear and take extra care in washing and never had a problem.

Nothing wrong other than the military boots I bought are Made in China. I wish they were transparent about that. Let’s see how long will last but for the premium price they charge I expected a made in Italy tag to abe honest.
