Reward Mobile Tracking Order Status

I was very sceptical at first not using a mobile provider directly or a high street shop but I can honestly say the service I received from Reward Mobile was faultless. I easy to get in touch with when I need them by we chat and Ella was very helpful. I would definitely recommend.

I took out a contract and through no fault of the company I returned the device due to the service from the network provider. Three network themselves where very difficult with me to resolve the issue I was having and obstructive, but Ella in the customer service team has truly gone above and beyond to help me resolve this issue as efficiently as possible. Brilliant customer service and an asset to you company! Thanks a bunch you’ve been amazing! :)

Excellent service. Friendly helpful staff. Advise and new contract SIM only with 3 taken. New SIM arrived on time. Mobile no ported across from EE after initially being missed was very quickly resolved by Jordan. Would recommend. Many thanks, Karen
