Revopoint UK Tracking Order Status

They flagged my transaction as a medium risk and then never called me. Asked me to send government issued ID and other documents to verify that I am me. I told them I was uncomfortable sending them anymore. I'd say buy on AMAZON. I don't fully trust this company.

I am finding the purchase process inconvenient and difficult. I purchase the product using my business credit card for my business but opted to have the device shipped to another address. This is not uncommon with Amazon or a number of other vendors that allow you to pay and ship to another location/address other than the billing address. It appears that Revopoint3d has a fraud detection system that flagged me as a medium risk and as such suspended the shipment of the product. This is an automated system that acts as a middle man between you and the product that you have purchased. This system sent me an email with the following excerpt: "Risk Department...Please provide an updated business address, along with a business document to verify the business address for where the business operates. Business Registration, Business Operating Agreement, Articles of Incorporation/Organization, SS4 document, Letter 147c, Certificate of Formation." Speaking with a live representative Aileen, it appears that they want a digital image of my government issued license as well. While I was fine with them requesting my business information, I reserved to decline the request for my government identification. I communicated to them that fraud is prevalent and that I am uneasy about sending them imagery of my government issues ID. I will update this post with the outcome.
