I've done business with my local Rent a Center in Jackson, Alabama for 25 years or more. You name it, I've purchased it. I have enjoyed my experience with them through the years but never as much as recently. The new manager Austin is WONDERFUL!!!! He is always willing to work with me. Tj Spiker and Terrell Thompson delivered my furniture and washer and dryer on tuesday they were very professional and very nice people they took pride in there job and took there time to make sure everything was set up and working properly they also took time to ănswer any questions or concerns i had. Tj went above and beyond the day we went in the store to meet our needs greeted us as we came through the door with a smile on her face and was vêry professional. She is the main reason we decided to rent from them. The company should be glad to have them both working for them. Places need more people like them working for them. Im very pleased with both of them
