Product didn’t work for me. Thought I would get a full refund after paying postage myself. PLEASE READ SMALL PRINT.

Loved this product. My husband and i use it on daily basis. The product came with a free carry case which makes it more portable

God saves me from them lol. I have placed an order and paid by credit card. They did not do nothing until weeks. When I asked about my order, they told me , they cancel it and they don't refund my money, because they think "it is not paid"... LOL It was on hold in Paypal, because they did not accept it LOL... amateurs, but certainly it has been deducted from my credit card... so I had to contact paypal to ask a refund because these guys absolutely do nothing... They said ordering a body weight scale in Europe and paying with my own credit card is a high risk, that's the reason why they did not proceed my order. Unfortunetely, there was no reason given why they did not notify me about this situation or why do i have to prove the fact I have paid out the order LOL.... what a bad customer service experience. I can imagine how a warranty claim goes...
