Reebok Tracking Order Status

I ordered a pair of red Nano X3 from Reebok.Eu trusting them as a giant quality brand and everything was great. Ordered on a Saturday, got email with order number, then 1 hour later a UPS label had been created. Monday evening my parcel was collected by UPS. Weight said 0.5kg which seemed odd and these negative reviews had me worried. But everything was total as you would expect from Reebok. The shoes arrived on time, exactly tly as ordered. Not sure if the negative reviews here are real, or if when Adidas sold Reebok to the US conglomerate things went wrong for a bit but my experience was great. Thankfully. I used a coupon code from a simple Internet search and got 25% off. The shoes are great. The website seem to only have end of stock sizes so I was lucky to get size 11 in the style I wanted. Stock is limitrd but I trust in Reebok.eu to deliver. Reebok really need to address these reviews, and get a ton more stock.

Buty zamówione w czwartek 04.07. dotarły w czwartek 11.07 paczka odesłana z jedną parą w weekend więc wyruszyła 15.07 do firmy dotarła 19.07 po czym rozpął się proces zwrotu i przelewu który zakończył się 27.07 wraz z otrzymanie przezemnie gotówki na konto. Czasy trochę długo ale, firma jest za granicą a, na stronie jest wrazie czego czat bot który po odpowiednim niezbyt skomplikowanym przeklinaniu przekazuje sprawę do konsultanta, który kontaktuje sie z nami po polsku następnego dnia roboczego po przez email.

Everything was great. The delivery was so fast. It last 4 days. The quality is also great. I’m very happy.

Return function on website does not work. Customer service is not available. The "Reebot" on the website provides useless information and does not give met the option to call an employee (even though it's still within working hours). How am I supposed to return an item now? Update: Reebok contacted me to resolve the issue

Ik had sneakers besteld en betaald daarna zag ik de reviews; ik schrok me lam! De levering zou plaatsvinden tussen 15 en 19 juli, en netjes afgeleverd. Ik had al een nare ervaring met betalen en niets krijgen maar het reebok.eu gaf me vertrouwen EN reebok is een Duitse firma. Ik heb de bestelling 12 juli geplaatst en vandaag ontvangen dus ik ben super blij. Ik wilde dit toch melden ondanks de slechte reviews.
