RealEats Tracking Order Status

We enjoy their service and the food is delicious. I have read a number of the positive and negative reviews before commenting. I am a careful reader and it appears that many negative reviews seem to result from simply not reading the terms of service and then calling it a scam, which is ridiculous and unfair. Our only concerns are minor in that it seems as if there is too much liquid in some packs but we have developed a technique to cut only a small corner off first to drain it off after heating. Also we try to avoid vegetable choices which seem to be almost pureed and try to choose solid crunchy veggies wherever possible. It is a learning experience and we have learned gradually to take care to make choices we really like. They are not mind readers - it is up to us customers to take the time and effort to make choices we will enjoy.

I made 3 orders with RealEats, with varying results. Week 1 - Almost all of my order was correct, but I was missing two items. I decided it wasn't worth contacting support, and hoped for a different outcome in week 2. Most of the food was good, but some items I did not enjoy. Prep was easy once I got used to the routine-- this was the best part. Week 2 - My order was several days late due to weather. This was out of RealEats control, but they offered a full refund (in credits) anyway. Again, 95% of the items were correct, but they were unsafe to eat due to late arrival. Week 3 - My order was pretty much completely wrong. Several of the included food packs were torn, spilling their contents in the box. RealEats offered a partial refund (in credits) but I pushed for a full refund (to my original payment method) and ultimately cancelled my subscription. RealEats was quick to honor my requests-- the support seems pretty reasonable if you ask for what you need. I think RealEats has potential. I might have kept my subscription regardless of these issues at a lower price point, but for the amount they are charging, the quality control was disappointing. One thing that continually bothered me was the lack of expiration date on the individual packaging. The whole weekly box has an expiration date, but individual packages have a blank space where an expiration date *should* be printed. I think consumers would feel more confident if packs were individually labeled with their date of manufacture and expiration.

I have been using RealEats for a couple years now and for the most part has been wonderful. The food is great, portions are on point. However, within the past few months it has been hit or miss if you are going to receive all your food or not. Almost every week my order is missing items and have to ask for credits every time which they do gracefully apply, their customer support is excellent. I would give them 4 stars if they could fix their logistics issues, in the mean time I am researching other meal delivery services.

I look forward to dinner again. The food is definitely farm fresh recipes or what I expect to eat on a farm The quality is there. The meals are NOT plates full of spices- I like to be able to taste the actual food not all spices and seasoning. I'm extremely content. Of course like everything else- delivery makes me nervous.

I have been with real eats now for two months the first time. Yes I did had a problem because I did not turn off the subscription (That’s my fault) along with all of you other people on here I have never seen so many crybabies in my life anyways real eats thank you so much. I’m very happy. I just got my box again today/ I do turn it off one or two weeks at a time. It’s all common sense and no I’m not paid for this review. I’m just so tired of all the liars that I see on here. This is embarrassing that all you people are going to say u didn’t no🤣 It’s a subscription people wake up. The food is great. I love the steak the chicken and the rice everything I’ve had so far is my favorite. The only thing that I don’t like is the grits /cheddar broccoli soup/ everything else is amazing five stars. Turn off your subscription it’s simple! I like this food better than factor! The steak are delicious yummy!
