Quality Bath Tracking Order Status

I had a great experience placing my order at Quality Bath this morning. Akiva provided a very quick reply to my questions and was able to get my fixtures ordered in record time. I have been building and remodeling luxury homes in Hawaii for over 33 years and always appreciate good customer service and quick response times.

Tammy was exceptionally helpful in providing options for a product that was purchased online which was the incorrect dimensions. She was polite, responsive and thorough in her explanations. These days it’s not often that you find someone in customer support that is as courteous as she was, given the sheer volume of online inquiries customer support teams get these days at companies. I would recommend and intend to use Quality Bath as my vendor of choice for all products they market.

Adina provided fantastic customer service! I returned an Artos Body Jet (beautiful but didn’t fit my shower plumbing). Adina provided a couple of return options that were extremely convenient. Quality Bath answered the phone promptly and I was connected to a returns specialist (Adina) also promptly. She found my order very quickly (I didn’t even need to provide the order number).
