I bought a purple mattress in 2023 and it's been working great. I am a hot sleeper and this is the only mattress I've tried that doesn't leave me soaked in sweat! From reading some of the other reviews I was worried about sagging, but this hasn't happened to me yet. The mattress IS very heavy, and I wish it was thicker sometimes. I guess we'll see how it holds up after a few years. For now though, I'm happy with it.

Mattress started to separate internally after about 2 years. They put me through an incredibly detailed warranty request form and pictures. OK done. Just got back an email saying they will decide if I get a warranty or not in 7-10 days. Really? No bed for at least 2-3 weeks after delivery.?! They did get back to me in 5 days after and proceeded to quickly ship a newer version of the same model. P.S. There is a label attached to the bottom of the mattress. They said that I must send a photo of that label or NO refund! Thank goodness I did not remove the paper tag!

I decided to return the mattress and adjustable frame I had just ordered due to a lot of terrible reviews before I had even received them. Tried to reach them before ship out but was not able to. However, their customer service was great! No problem to return. They will pickup and no shipping charges since it was shipped free and I can keep the sheets and pillow they gave me for free. Maiya said some of their mattresses have been improved and they don't sell the defective mattresses anymore, so I may decide to do business with them in the future.

The sheets are comfortable & I love the SecureStretch. But I'm disappointed that, considering the cost of a set of linens, the pillowcases don't have an envelope/pocket. Every morning I have to shake the pillows back in, and sometimes in the middle of the night. I chatted with Purple to ask why my Navy Blue pillowcases had pockets, but the Purple didn't. I was told none should have pockets & they could open up a ticket ... Uh...Nah). I've ordered non-Purple pillowcases with envelopes/pockets; the colors might not be a perfect match, but that's easier to deal with than a pillowcase that won't encase the pillow. (I chose 7/5/23 as Date of Experience, but I put on the sheets on 6/29/23 & it's been the same every night.)

10/10 customer service experience. I recently renewed my warranty on my purple mattress and the process was very easy and took less than 1 week before i had a brand new mattress to sleep on. After 3-4 years, my mattress lost a bit of its firmness, I reached out to purple and was messaged the next day by Celeste, a team member at Purple. She was incredibly helpful and now i have a brand new mattress and am sleeping better than i have in months,
