Protyre Tracking Order Status

I recently had an issue with service but have since had a full refund and apology.

Ben was efficient and polite - the only original team member left from the Selecta tyre team. I have been with Selecta true for the last 20 years so I'm hoping that Protyre treats its staff well so that another dream team is created who know their customers.

The staff are very helpful and deal with the job in hand quickly and professionally. Prices are made clear before starting the work and give clear and concise advice if any extra work is required.

Very good customer relations. The chap on reception is very good and helpful. Also, he was very clear and good at explaining what work was needed and the cost was clearly explained to me. He rang me as soon as he could to say the work was finished. I was very satisfied. Other garages are often not good and dont bother explaining things and overcharge.
