Premier Inn Tracking Order Status

We stayed at Weymouth The Gateway. The service was fantastic, with Becky on reception, welcoming us straight away. She was friendly, professional and helpful. The night staff was equally as good and again made us feel extremely welcome. BUT, the bed let Premier Inn down. It felt like I was sleeping on an ironing board. Totally rock hard and extremely uncomfortable. I believe the adverts promise a restful night....not on that wooden mattress. I hurt this morning on waking up...not a restful night at all. Sort it out Premier Inn. !!

The Staff at the Premiere Inn in Southampton West were a credit to your company> The reception staff were amazing. The lady in the whacky warehouse was very friendly and helpful. Your breakfast ladies were so attentative and had a table ready for us as we were a party of 8. We would recommend this to anyone wishing to take the children to Paultons Park for Peppa Pig. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Had an issue with an error I had made and it was dealt with brilliantly.

This was a 2 night stay at the premier Inn Tonbridge Pembury Road. The hotel itself and rooms were quite acceptable and the reception staff very good. Where it falls down is the breakfast which i pre paid for, it seems to sub out breakfast to the Vauxhall Inn next door. Breakfast finishes at 0900, so arrived at 0825. No one to take order until 08 40. There was no coffee available as they said that they stop serving coffee at 0845! So i tried for tea and there was no hot water (or any cups to put it in) The cooked breakfast was not as ordered and not as advertised. So try for pastries, no plates to put anything on. I have immediately cancelled my breakfast for th e second day as I would not pay another 9.99 for this. The gentleman sat next to me had similar experience and was not happy as he found a hair in his food In summary hotel as expected, breakfast service/quality/quality very very poor, I would advise anyone not to book the breakfast and try else where. Update: I spoke to the hotel reception (very pleasant and helpful) and they refunded me for the breakfast. So as above the hotel is fine and helpful, the breakfast venue used by hotel was the problem

Stayed at the Premier Inn Middlesbrough Central. We were waiting for my daughter to have our next grandchild at the James Cook Hospital across the road from the hotel. The Toby Inn adjacent serves good food and the drinks are reasonably priced. All the staff at both sites are very helpful and cannot do enough for you. The breakfast in the morning was the best we've ever had at any Premier Inn. The room was typical as you find, clean, comfortable and well maintained. I can only say our thanks to all the staff and you should be proud of the service you give. I would highly recommend this particular Inn, the best we've ever been in, thank you
