Post-a-Rose Tracking Order Status

Booked for delivery on Saturday, received Monday. The flowers were intended for a special occasion, but the delivery experience did not match the company's stated policy. While Royal Mail requires a signature, Post a Rose's published delivery policy clearly states that if recipients are absent, couriers will 'attempt to find a safe place to leave the bouquet e.g. next door or in a porch.' This inconsistency led to a missed delivery and compromised the moment. Refund request declined.

Emailed customer services about a missing order - no response after 3 days. Sent an online form to customer services - still no response. Birthday has now come and gone. I won’t be using them again. Waste of money. Going to attempt a credit card refund.

Flowers arrived safely. Beautiful condition- unlike flowers I received via another company! Would definitely use them if I wanted to send any!

Ordered a bouquet of roses as a gift for my wife on Valentine's Day. Ordered five days before with guaranteed delivery for the 14th. They didn't arrive until the day after. When I contacted Post-a-Rose they did respond quickly, apologising for the delay, but initially ignored my question about guaranteed delivery. I again asked what the guarantee entailed, but got a polite 'tough luck' reply. Hardly guaranteed, then. I've used this company before and had good service, but it seems somewhat 'pot-luck'. I won't be using them again.
