Warning please stay away from this company!!!! Bad bad shipping place an order since may 4th and still haven’t get it. The company is in USA not from China

Great product, timely delivery despite the pandemic and costumer service couldn't be better. A+++

My last order was for 3" bond paper and 3-1/8" thermal paper. I received damaged boxes and another box the next day with almost all of the remaining rolls from the damaged box. I asked the company to replace the missing rolls, but never received a response. Worst issue with my order was the quality of the 3" bond paper. It was difficult to the tell the difference between it and the thermal paper aside from width. It is glossy and won't fee properly in my printers. Again, no help from POSpaper.com I'll never order from them again.

@pospaperusa great job this with shipment today. Way to take pride in what you are shipping and taking care at this time of people’s needs during a pandemic. Maybe you guys need to revisit what your are doing #disappointed couldn’t seal it for the customer??

When order placed online, company did not indicate certain items were on back order. The only way we found out is five days later when only partial order arrived. I called company on two different days and received two different stories as to why items were on back order and rep could not tell us when we might receive the items. I cancelled items on back order. Will be interesting to see if I every receive email or credit from company.
