Porsche DE Tracking Order Status

Seit einem Jahr funktioniert die Ladeplanung beim Porsche Taycan nicht. Sehr lästig, wenn man ständig rechnen muss, wie weit die Batterie noch reicht. Noch lästiger, wenn man Vielfahrer mit ca 50.000 km/Jahr ist. Super ernüchternd, wenn man von der Hotline nur Textbaustein-Antworten und keine Lösungen bekommt.

My 2 year old Taycan's heater stopped working so I called Porcshe E London dealership and they told me 2 months waiting time to get it into their workshop - they suggested I call Porsche assistance . They were excellent,the car was collected that afternoon, taken to E London dealership and repaired in less than 5 days. Can't complain pretty damn good service!

I discovered a Porsche in Beachwood, OH was attempting to hide damage and much needed service on a car that was billed as Certified Pre-Owned (CPO). I reported this to Porsche NA in Atlanta who replied with a canned "they are independent dealer, so take it up with them." WOW! How can such a premium manufacturer NOT care that their dealers are trying to screw their customers?? Shameful to say the least.

Nach drei Wochen und einer Inspektion von über 1200€ wurde mir mein Cayenne Turbo S mit nicht funktionierender Klimaanlage übergeben. Auf die Frage, wie es jetzt weitergehen soll, war die lapidare Antwort, ich soll einen neuen Termin in ein oder zwei Wochen vereinbaren! Nichts von Ersatzwagen oder sofortiger Behebung!
