Pop Mart Tracking Order Status

Bought a labubu phone charger blind box, because I was a new customer they gave me a £5 voucher so my purchase with delivery was only £5 I placed this order yesterday and it came today so I’m well happy will be ordering again!

I bought a blind packed figure which, in fairness, they sent out very promptly. I was given a tracking code for Evri (48 hour delivery) and, for whatever reason, the package was lost. Contacting Pop Mart customer service is useless - they send a very polite "we have passed this onto our team" message but never give you further updates. I have contacted Evri who are far more helpful, but ultimately the parcel is lost and it is up to the retailer to issue a refund or replacement. For my sins, I have ordered again as this is for a present and I can't get it anywhere else. I hope this one arrives otherwise I am unlikely to ever buy from them again. Based on other reviews, it doesn't sound like customer services are likely to help and I can only hope that my original order arrives one day as I don't think I will get any help from Pop Mart. They have never messaged me without me contacting them first. Based on my experience, I would caution others about buying from them.

J'ai commandé 4 fois sur ce site depuis mars 2024 et je n'ai eu aucun problème. Les produits sont toujours arrivés en bon état et les délais était raisonnable (de 1 à 2 semaines). Je ne m'attendais pas à ce que les produits viennent de Chine et j'ai eu des frais bancaires à chaque commande mais c'était dans les 1€ par commande donc vraiment rien d'alarmant :)

My experience was generally very positive. I contacted their technical support (chat) to clarify a question regarding shipping and they very kindly solved my problem. Not all products for sale are in their United States warehouse, many, especially the new arrivals, are in their China warehouse. So there is always the possibility that the order will be split into two or more packages when it is shipped. Regarding the quality of their products, at the moment I have nothing to complain about. The quality-price ratio seems quite fair to me. You have to have realistic expectations with the production, the paint details are not always going to be perfect, however, if you receive a defective figure, it is better to request a refund, because with replacements there are no guarantees that you will receive the same figure (because they are blind boxes).
