Pool Parts Store Inc. Tracking Order Status

Ordered three items, 2 of which were delivered separately and it more than a week for the second item to be delivered. Third item was on back order for a month, and eventually was cancelled by the company because they could not fulfill the order. Yet, when placing order online the item was available. Customer service is pathetic, they take several days to get back to you, and that is only via email. I am wondering whether this is even a real company, or just some joe shmoe in his basement reselling pool supplies. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Poolpartsonline states their delivery policy is 10 business days, so after waiting patiently for 11 business days for my parts, I started looking for a phone # to talk to someone about where my order is...they have no Phone# to reference. Force to "chat" online, the upshot of the chat was, there was an 0-ring part that they still were unable to tell me when it would be delivered, and now I'm bumping a time restriction to finish this task. I think their delivery/customer service is way to "turtle speed" for today's standards.
