Podium Tracking Order Status

EDIT: My product rep really went the extra mile to respond to my concerns, took accountability where it was due, and now we're on stable footing. I had a lot of frustrations, but am willing to hear people out when they respond. ORIGINAL: Podium is a glitchy, unreliable service that makes big promises and fails spectacularly. Our launch was marred by multiple bugs, exacerbated by a lazy support team. When I tried providing feedback, I was given a condescending response by Merrilynne Harrington, the "product design lead" that stated that "they could have done a better job educating customers," i.e. that any issues I ran into was a result of my own ignorance.

We have worked with this company for at least 10 years now, maybe a little less. But overall, I like it; I do have a hard time with their reporting. They are working to improve it, so hopefully, my daily headaches will disappear soon. The account team has changed a few times since we started, but I like the guy we are working with now. Being able to manage the online sentiment of each location in one place is amazing. Now integrate with Yelp and Trustpilot and we will be golden.

Evans Air conditioning and Heating. After another company came out and could not fix our air conditioner, because they did not have the part my husband saw Evans across the street. He went over and told them our problem. Evans came over assessed our problem and said that they had the part, left for just a short time came back and had our air running in less than an hour. We are so grateful. Two days in this Arizona heat without air. No appointment they came to our rescue immediately. We are so thankful. I highly recommend Evans .

It was very easy purchasing a new car. The saleman and the F&I person were extremely helpful with no high pressure tactics.
