I will leave my previous review here for better understanding of the situation. A a Senior Agent from Customer Support contacted me and they were able to fix this unfortunate situation. With a better explanation of the issue I learned that the assignment of the seats was out of their control and they went above and beyond to find us tickets that assure the seats together. So thank you for caring and helping to make this negative experience a good one. A big thank you to the team and their work to make sure we are happy I agree... do NOT buy with this company. we purchased our 2 tickets almost 2 months prior to the concert and when we got the tickets today the assign seats are not together. I tried to contact them and hoped they will fix the Problem but Mr. Ahmed kept only saying that their policy doesn't guarantee the seats to be together and we will be seated to the best availability. So now if we want to sit together we should buy new tickets and sell these. Imagine you want to go to a concert with your partner and now you sit alone and so does he... or ur kid...... that's now what anybody wishes to experience
