Planet Organic Tracking Order Status

Customer service in these stores is terrible, not sure where the entitlement comes from but such a weird experience

Ive ordered Cocos yoghurt from here on a few occasions and every time it arrives, the yogurts have arrived damaged and yoghurt spilling everywhere. I decided to give Planet Organic one last opportunity, hoping the yoghurts will arrive better packaged. I ordered 3rd April, items to arrive 6th. I got an email to say they're are delayed, it'll arrive 7th. It is now 8th and still no delivery or update! I don't have much hope that these yoghurts will arrive in tact. I've lost total faith in this company. I will not be using again in future, very disappointing

Very pleased Planet Organic have finally opened in the borough. The new store looks great with healthy produce sourced responsibly at affordable prices. The staff also know lots about what they are selling which helps if your not sure about foods that have unusual names like ‘ashwaganda” Another great thing about Planet Organic is that they have lower prices than the big supermarkets chains. 10/10
