I purchased a Chord bracelet last year…

I purchased a Chord bracelet last year in Amsterdam. The bracelet had the wrong size tag attached, ML in lieu of XL. I did not realize until I returned to Australia. I returned it to Pig & Hen with a tracking No, but it never arrived. Through a few emails to Pig & Hen, they decided without hesitation to send me another chord bracelet ML. I have 3 now, one from Prague, one I purchased on line from you this year & the one Pig & Hen sent me for the incorrect size I purchased last year. I also purchased one for my Son. Very happy with our chord bracelets & most greatful in the manner Pig & Hen have looked after me as a customer, exceptional customer service.
